Return and Exchange


Please contact us before returning any items by sending us an email at info@nileres.com

  • If you received damaged package or have any problem with your order and items, please contact us ASAP.
  • We accept returns on items that are in original condition, within 14 days of receiving your order. (This rule doesn't apply to customized items)
  • If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please return your unwanted item and order a new one.
  • You will have to pay for the return shipping. Unless you received the wrong item from your order.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition as you received it. Returned items must not be used or altered in any way. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.
  • If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void and the item/s will be sent back to you.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings (unless your item arrived damaged or is deemed faulty).
  • If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any Customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by Customs.
  • You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged, in good condition and in their original box and/or packaging. If possible, please provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment.It’s a good idea to get insurance for the value of the items you are returning. 
  • Unless otherwise agreed upon, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase.
  • Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be received and processed after we receive your return package. 
  • We do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reason.
